Our trained delivery team brings your furniture directly into your home, ensuring safe transport and careful placement. From local deliveries by our own trucks to nationwide shipping through trusted freight carriers, we make receiving your new furniture seamless and stress-free.
Generally this item will be delivered by our drivers in our truck. On occasion we may need to ship out of the area. This item will be delivered by an in-home freight carrier.
In-home carriers provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process. Unlike common freight carriers, in-home delivery service consists of a trained delivery team that will assist in helping move your order from the truck into your home.
Please note: In all cases the shipper will not hook up any electrical or component wires. It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully!
Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves. Please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the sheet they ask you to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, we can assist in correcting the matter.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be charged to your account if product shipment cannot be stopped. To cancel an order, you must CALL our store at (425) 454-2474. We will attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellations made after 5:00 P.M. PST on the day that you placed the order.
It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully.
If you need to change something about your order, such as a color, finish type, product or quantity, simply call our store at (425) 454-2474.
Important: Changes may not be possible once your order has entered production or shipping. Contact us as soon as possible for the best chance of accommodating your request.
